Position: Behavior Analyst Clinical Supervisor

Company: Akoya Behavioral Health

Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Oversee clinical programming for a designated caseload of clients
  • Provide support, training, and supervision to assigned RBTs
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for clients and prospective clients
  • Analyze data and adjust treatment plans for clients on caseload
  • Implement continuous caregiver support

Secondary Duties

  • Develop training platforms for staff
  • Create feedback systems for clinical staff
  • Ensure quality control of clinical documentation

Qualifications and Educational Background

  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
  • Licensure as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Michigan

Preferred Competencies

  • Experience in managing employees and RBTs
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
