As a Food Service Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming dining experience for our residents. This position oversees and directs the front-of-house staff and dining room operations for all meals, ensuring that service is in line with Cascade Living Group's standards and protocols. You will also assist the Dining Services Director in maintaining high standards of dining service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all dining service operations within the community.
  • Support the Dining Services Director in the daily management of dining areas to meet or exceed hospitality and service expectations.
  • Welcome all residents and guests, assisting them with any inquiries or suggestions.
  • Assist in supervising service procedures, timing, and pick-up protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with food production staff regarding resident and guest attendance and menu preferences.
  • Maintain positive employee relations and implement human resources policies.

Compensation: $22.00/hour
