The E-Commerce Account Executive will oversee and drive the online business for the KT brand, primarily focusing on Amazon, while also exploring opportunities in other digital marketplaces. This position reports directly to the EVP of Sales and requires collaboration with marketing, operations, finance, and sales teams to shape the E-Commerce strategy.

In this role, you will engage with cross-functional teams and partner agencies to create actionable plans that align with our vision. Your key responsibilities will include enhancing and optimizing the KT brand's product lineup, setting specific revenue targets, and developing strategic advertising initiatives for the platform.

This position entails managing all facets of the Amazon account, ensuring accelerated and profitable growth. You will be responsible for product forecasting, advertising strategies, pricing, product selection, and overall profitability. Additionally, you will oversee external partner agencies and retail E-Commerce teams to drive comprehensive portfolio growth, primarily focusing on North American markets with some international exposure.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a strategic visionary with demonstrated experience in leading Amazon initiatives for consumer packaged goods brands. You should possess a solid background in both planning and executing sales strategies for Amazon and E-Commerce channels, effectively driving brand and product performance. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and integrating brand strategy with Amazon initiatives is essential. You should approach challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset, leveraging consumer insights to enhance a leading brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate brand strategy into actionable goals and messaging for Amazon campaigns, establishing performance metrics for success.
  • Collaborate with Amazon agencies to manage advertising and merchandising strategies for all products listed on the platform.
  • Monitor and report campaign outcomes to the executive leadership team.
  • Oversee all aspects of the Amazon account, including AMS, A+ content, new product launches, promotions, and other growth initiatives.
  • Manage budgets and overall account relations with identified Amazon agencies.
  • Work alongside retail and partner sales teams to minimize marketing and pricing conflicts across channels.
  • Contribute to short-term and long-term planning related to market share and product assortment, recommending and tracking sales and profit objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, product performance, and pricing strategies that may influence sales efforts.
  • Review and interpret monthly sales data.
  • Ensure brand integrity by collaborating with legal partners to address unauthorized sellers.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews with partner agencies and the Executive Leadership Team to assess channel health and strategic updates.
  • Establish metrics to develop long-term strategies for leveraging both Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P) business on Amazon.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of extensive experience with both 1P (Vendor Direct) and 3P (Marketplace) selling platforms on Amazon, with a strong understanding of tools and management systems.
  • Proficiency in analyzing Amazon advertising data, recognizing patterns, and making strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in analyzing search term reports and managing third-party agencies while collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Ability to create and manage lower funnel E-Commerce campaigns.
  • Proven track record in enhancing digital presence through SEO strategies and content optimization.
  • Experience in budget management and agency oversight.
  • A degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods is required.
