Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, corridors, elevators, and designated areas.
  • Deliver requested items to guest rooms, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of guest accommodations and public spaces.
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team and report to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Essential Duties
  • Physically capable of performing tasks such as walking, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure guest rooms meet high standards.
  • Strip beds, dispose of soiled linens, and manage waste appropriately.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of all areas, including bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Communicate maintenance issues and guest concerns promptly to supervisors.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in hospitality or a similar environment is preferred.
  • High School diploma or GED required; college education is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
