Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Provide expert guidance on guest check-in and check-out procedures, analyzing reports to optimize performance.
- Maintain accurate room inventory and efficiently manage schedule adjustments.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance technical and soft skills, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve customer service standards, driving guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work under pressure, with a focus on problem-solving and adaptability.
- Working knowledge of property management systems and computer software.
- 1 year of supervisory or management experience in hospitality or a related field.
