Job Summary:

The Guest Services Agent is a key member of our front desk team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests throughout their stay. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve guest complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service and hotel operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer systems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and move around the hotel.
