Job Title: Guest Service Agent

The Kingston Resorts is a premier oceanfront resort on the north-end of Myrtle Beach, offering a unique blend of hospitality and relaxation. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our resort, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is nothing short of memorable.

Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel operations, daily activities, and room products to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies and procedures.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, using correct salutations and telephone etiquette.
  • Assess guest needs through open-ended questions and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Describe room accommodations and amenities, and accommodate special requests as needed.
  • Access guest history records to best serve guests and maintain accurate information.
  • Resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Manage assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies, keeping the bank secure at all times.
  • Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments and personnel.
  • Present folio to guests and resolve any disputed charges.
  • Assist all departments and executives in obtaining necessary information regarding groups, inventory, and guest information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
