Job Title: Guest Services Agent

La Quinta Myrtle Beach - 48th Avenue is seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Agent to join our team. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel services, amenities, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hotel standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
