As a key member of our aquatic team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, teaching swim lessons, and supporting the overall operations of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and assist with swim lesson bookings in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Swim Instruction: Teach both private and group lessons using our provided curriculum, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Facility Support: Assist with opening/closing procedures, equipment care, and water safety, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Safety First: Ensure all participants are safe and all rules are clearly communicated, promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
  • Team Collaboration: Work together with other instructors to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ongoing Learning: Participate in quarterly in-service training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices.
Requirements:

  • Must be 15 or older and have reliable transportation.
  • Ready to obtain CPR certification within 30 days.
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing, and eager to learn, with a passion for working with families and children.
  • Must be able to work weekdays in the evenings and have weekend availability.
