We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join our team at Aldebaran Recruiting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day activities, providing executive support, and contributing to our property management operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support:
    • Manage travel arrangements and calendars for the executive team.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, acting as the liaison for the executive team.
  • Tenant Relations and Property Management:
    • Oversee tenant relations across our portfolio of 100 doors.
  • Office Management and Administrative Support:
    • Digitize and organize company documents.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in using Mac computers and capable of navigating various tech platforms to maintain office systems.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management or as a property administrator is ideal.
  • Executive Assistant experience across any industry, with a proven track record of effective support and administration.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly; a teachable attitude is crucial.

Our estimated salary range is $70,000-$90,000 per year.
