Arthrex Sales Representative

Gemini Mountain Medical, an independent regional distributor of Arthrex products, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving predetermined sales goals and quotas within your assigned territory. You will establish, build, and maintain customer relationships through constant communication and in-person appointments.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory by working with surgeons and healthcare professionals to promote Arthrex products.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and new customer accounts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase territory results.
- Communicate product updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs to customers.
- Implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies to position the organization competitively.
- Identify customer needs and develop appropriate responses.
- Cross-sell additional products or manage new product introductions.
- Address any problems that arise at the account.
- Support compliance and maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic/sports medicine market.
- 2-5 years demonstrated sales success in competitive B2B industry.
- Experience as an associate in the orthopedic industry.
- Must be comfortable in surgery/operating room environments.
- Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced and comfortable making executive presentations.
- Skilled in working with different functions and effectively coordinates activities to achieve desired results.
- Excellent listening skills, including the ability to identify and isolate customer concerns or objections.
- Strong relationship-building skills required.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills are required.
