Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Stream-Flo Industries is a leading provider of wellhead products and surface safety systems for the oil and gas industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent Stream-Flo Industries at client sites, providing product and service information to develop sales opportunities.
  • Support sales objectives by understanding client operations and requirements for service support, product change, and drill time enhancement.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customer representatives, ensuring consistent customer service and responding to customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Identify and develop new revenue streams with existing customer accounts, understanding client requirements at site level.
  • Communicate customer needs to internal departments, including Inside Sales, Services, Engineering, and Branch Management.
  • Support other organizational departments in troubleshooting and resolving field issues, ensuring all relevant departments are engaged in supporting solutions.
  • Report all activities and non-conformance via the company sales reporting database and quality systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in wellhead products and associated services.
  • Strong commitment to customer service.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, SAP experience preferred.
  • Highly self-motivated, team player.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
