  • Participating in occasional off-site functions.
  • Supporting managers in liaising with clients and vendors to finalize arrangements.
  • Organizing small-scale events from inception to completion.
Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in data entry and management using personal computers.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Publisher.
  • Ability to create tailored marketing materials.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with callers and visitors.
