  • Coordinating rehearsals, ceremonies, and events as needed.
  • Participating in occasional off-site functions.
  • Supporting managers in liaising with clients and vendors to finalize arrangements.
  • Organizing small-scale events from inception to completion.

  • Proficient in data entry and management using personal computers.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Publisher.
