Job Title: Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and track employee disciplinary actions, providing coaching, counseling, and guidance to managers as needed.
  • Act as an employee relations specialist, handling employee relations counseling and ensuring compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification.
  • Lead Employee Engagement activities and drive the overall Employee Experience.
  • Distribute and monitor employee performance evaluations, ensuring timely completion and updates to eligible salary adjustments/increases.
  • Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars to stay informed and provide HR expertise.
  • Assist in evaluating reports, decisions, and results of the department in relation to established goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Facilitate or provide training to the workforce, including orientation, and maintain and coordinate employee recognition programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Bilingual - Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • 3+ years of Human Resource experience in a manufacturing/production setting.
  • Strong Employee relations experience, creating and delivering people practices that develop and maintain positive working relationships between an organization and its people.
  • Experience in performing and managing HR Investigations and Reporting.
  • HR experience in managing and implementing programs and processes related to employee training, labor relations, affirmative action, employment equity, benefits management, onboarding, etc.
  • Strong technical acumen in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of employees.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification preferred.
