Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced sales professional who is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role combines traditional Account Executive responsibilities with those typically associated with a Sales Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Craft and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Provide market feedback to internal teams to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
- Continuously refine sales techniques and adapt to market changes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales.
- Proven track record as a closer in B2B sales.
- Experience in both Account Executive and SDR roles is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness.
- Comfortable with a metrics-driven sales approach.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales technology stack.
