We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to become an integral part of our dynamic finance team.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our financial planning and analysis initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive analysis, trend assessments, and financial modeling to inform business decisions and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to formulate annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
- Interpreting complex financial data and delivering accurate, timely reports to key stakeholders, emphasizing critical insights and recommendations.
- Evaluating investment opportunities and performing ROI analyses.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities through thorough cost analysis.
- Supporting the month-end closing process to ensure precise and timely financial reporting.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Staying informed about industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes that may influence financial performance.
- Collaborating with finance teams across the organization to foster continuous improvement and share best practices.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance or a related analytical domain.
- Preferred: 4+ years of experience in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing controllership with measurable outcomes.
- An MBA or CPA designation.
- Familiarity with Tableau and experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools.
- Experience with financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, Lawson, or JD Edwards.

Compensation
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $56,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is determined by several factors, including market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We offer a comprehensive total compensation package that may include equity, sign-on payments, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
