Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Enterprise Mobility Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient rental car experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to all customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Rental Car Processing: Process rental car transactions, including checking in and out vehicles, handling payments, and providing information on rental options and policies.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of rental vehicles to ensure they are in good condition and report any damage or issues to the customer.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team environment, and basic computer skills.
