Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerospace Sales Director to join our team at Howmet Aerospace Inc. This is a critical role that will be responsible for developing and executing the global commercial strategy for our aerospace distribution business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the global commercial strategy for our aerospace distribution business, including identifying and developing new business opportunities and managing existing relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and effective execution of the commercial strategy.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans to ensure accurate and timely reporting to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with sales and marketing activities, including compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in aerospace or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing commercial strategies, including sales growth and market expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
