We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Manager to oversee all aspects of payroll operations within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, calculation of wages, benefits, taxes, and deductions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all payroll-related activities.
  • Utilize payroll software to maintain employee records, process payroll transactions, and generate reports.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify and rectify discrepancies.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide guidance and support to resolve issues effectively.
  • Liaise with external vendors, such as benefits providers and payroll service providers, to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies, procedures, and controls to maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Train new employees and managers on payroll processes, policies, and systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
