About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordination Specialist to join our team at Aramark. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals and contribute to the success of our esteemed In2Work Program.

Job Description

The Project Coordination Specialist will be responsible for facilitating effective support of the leadership team, assisting in defining, leading, and tracking projects, and ensuring deliverables are on-track and meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IDentify Key Resources: Provide direction required for meeting project objectives.
  • Coordinate Meeting Logistics: Facilitate required deliverables for various project teams.
  • Manage Administrative Aspects: Drive execution of key deliverables.
  • Execute Communications: Regular process updates and changes to the field.
  • Facilitate Effective Communication: Support across the team and with relevant stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Perform Ad-Hoc Data Analysis: Financial analysis as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Managing multiple projects and coordinating with others.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management or a related field.
  • Skillset: Ability to use multiple problem-solving tools and techniques to anticipate and resolve issues fast.
  • Analytical Skills: Perform sophisticated analytical studies and draw sound conclusions.
  • Capability: Work independently with supervision.
