This role will be responsible for facilitating effective support of the leadership team for our esteemed In2Work Program within our Corrections line of business. The focus of the position will be to assist in defining, leading, and tracking projects while ensuring deliverables stay on track and meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying key resources and providing direction required to meet project objectives.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and facilitate required deliverables for various project teams.
  • Manage administrative aspects for the team while driving execution of key deliverables.
  • Execute communications to the field for regular process updates and changes.
  • Facilitate effective communication and support across the team and with relevant stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Perform ad-hoc data or financial analysis.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
