Windows Support Operations Specialist

This role will provide onsite customer support for a geographically dispersed enterprise workforce. As a Windows Support Operations Specialist at Dale Workforce Solutions, you will be responsible for providing technology support operations including, but not limited to, end user support, IT incident management, change management, problem management, knowledge management, endpoint management, and business controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for Windows desktop platforms and operating systems
• Manage IT projects and operations teams
• Collaborate with immediate peers to drive operational efficiencies
• Develop and implement automated solutions to remediate vulnerabilities
• Utilize Windows Administrative Tools (SCCM, Symantec Asset Management Suite, Ivanti, or comparable tool)
Requirements:
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of experience in managing IT projects or operations teams
• At least 2 years of technical operations experience
• At least 2 years of experience with IT systems and infrastructure
• At least 2 years of experience with desktop platforms and operating systems
• At least 2 years of experience with incident management and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associates Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience with Windows 10
• 3+ years of experience in endpoint management technologies (packaging, deployment, or patching)
• 3+ years of experience creating automated solutions to remediate vulnerabilities
