Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the registration process.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to address any concerns or questions related to registration and patient access.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and other support staff, to ensure seamless patient care and access to services.
Requirements
