Regional Sales Director

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and directing their specific sales region, managing sales performance and working with independent rep agencies to maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customer relationships and increase business with them.
- Gain proficient understanding of Loop-Cad software and offer training as needed.
- Possess significant product knowledge of CPS line and be able to present it well.
- Gain understanding of ERP system and how to handle basic functions.
- Develop Annual Targets and Goals with each respective territory. Monitor and analyze the success of each territory and report results to NSM.
- Participate as necessary in trade shows, sales meetings, conference calls, etc.
- Travel a minimum of 50% or at least 100 days per year. All trips require timely reporting of trip highlights with customer comments and action steps needed. All expenses should be turned in monthly.
Requirements:
- University or College degree (not a necessity but desired)
- 5 years industry experience
- Past experience with construction trade
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of PEX plumbing and radiant heating
- Competent in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
