Key Responsibilities
  • Gather information to determine customer needs and apply problem-solving skills to resolve inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CMS regulations and policies as they apply.
  • Provide information on general Medicare eligibility and program requirements.

Requirements
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check screening to determine fitness for a federal security clearance.
  • Computer and keyboarding skills sufficient to record information accurately and efficiently.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
