  • Respond to customer inquiries, referring them to published materials or more senior staff as needed.
  • Follow policies and standard operating procedures, including filling out timesheets and adhering to HIPAA rules.
  • Utilize standard technology, such as telephones, email, and web browsers, to perform job duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Ability to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to organize simultaneous tasks.
  • Ability to work within established turnaround times.
  • Must participate and certify in internal CCO training to begin this role.
