About the Position

The Automotive Assistant/Service Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our repair shop. This includes scheduling mechanics/technicians' work, ordering parts, and ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and managing the work of mechanics/technicians
  • Ordering parts and materials
  • Ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs
  • Communicating with customers and store management
  • Basic supervisory/leadership skills

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must be at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
