Resumen
Balfour Beatty está llevando a cabo el proyecto de Electrificación de Caltrain, que supera los $1B en San Mateo, CA. La finalización del proyecto está programada para 2024. Este proyecto consiste en electrificar un corredor de 56 millas desde San Francisco hasta San José, incluyendo la construcción de sistemas de catenaria, subestaciones, vías y reemplazo de material rodante.

Funciones Esenciales del Trabajo:
Proporcionar apoyo administrativo y transaccional de Recursos Humanos y servir como primer punto de contacto para consultas relacionadas con Recursos Humanos.
Gestionar los esfuerzos de reclutamiento, incluyendo la programación de entrevistas y brindar asistencia durante el proceso de entrevista.
Coordinar cartas de oferta de empleo con la gerencia y extender cartas de oferta a candidatos potenciales.
Coordinar el proceso de pruebas de drogas pre-empleo para nuevos contratados.
Procesar la documentación de nuevos empleados, incluyendo la coordinación del proceso de incorporación para empleados de oficio y de personal.
Coordinar y programar toda la capacitación de nuevos empleados y la orientación de seguridad.
Crear y mantener archivos de personal de los empleados de acuerdo con el proceso de mantenimiento de registros y retención de Recursos Humanos.

Ejecutar todos los procedimientos de terminación de empleados, incluyendo la preparación de Cartas de Terminación, informando a los empleados sobre sus derechos y beneficios a los que tienen derecho.

Asistir con asuntos de Relaciones Laborales, notificando a la Gerencia del Proyecto y a Recursos Humanos Corporativos sobre cualquier problema.
Coordinar la documentación del Departamento de Transporte (DOT) y asegurar su completitud.
Fomentar relaciones laborales positivas y trabajar con el personal adecuado para resolver problemas de empleados que surjan.
Realizar tareas adicionales según lo asignado por el Gerente de Recursos Humanos del Proyecto.

Requisitos de Elegibilidad:
Se requiere diploma de secundaria.
Se prefiere título universitario en Recursos Humanos o campo relacionado.
Se requieren 2 años de experiencia administrativa en Recursos Humanos.
Se prefiere ser bilingüe (inglés y español, con capacidad para hablar, leer y escribir).
Se prefiere conocimiento de las leyes de Recursos Humanos, específicamente las leyes de California.
Fuerte dominio del Paquete de Microsoft Office y JDE.
Mantener estricta confidencialidad en todos los asuntos e información relacionados con los empleados.
Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y priorizar deberes de manera efectiva y de acuerdo con las necesidades del proyecto y el nivel de urgencia.
Un individuo enérgico y altamente ético que sea un jugador de equipo y tenga habilidades superiores de servicio al cliente.
Individuo detallado y orientado a soluciones que pueda comunicarse de manera efectiva con todos los niveles del proyecto.
