Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist to assist in the daily operations of our HR department and support various organizational functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and planning abilities, adeptness in managing competing priorities, and a knack for creative problem-solving. A compassionate approach and a commitment to helping others achieve their potential are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR department in daily functions and organizational operations.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and analytical thinking in all tasks.
  • Engage in leadership and coaching to foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with employment regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with various databases; experience with Workable and Paylocity is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work with adults with developmental disabilities is advantageous.
  • Must possess a valid DMV driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain them.
  • Pass a criminal background check with the FBI and DOJ.
