Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to plan, organize, and coordinate department resources and goals.
- Schedule service jobs, considering the complexity of the job and the experience of available technicians.
- Work closely with Department Managers to support the Service Department's objectives.
- Help resolve customer complaints efficiently and report incidents to the Service Manager.
- Perform related staff-level duties as directed by the Service Manager.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven supervisory experience in a customer service environment, preferably in HVACR contracting or building services.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work with diverse customer groups.
- Knowledge of HVACR-related terms is beneficial but not required.
