Sales Advisor Responsibilities:
Stay informed about all product advancements and financial offerings.
Deliver outstanding customer service, demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, guide clients through the sales process, and provide post-sale support.
Generate and nurture self-sourced leads; follow up on all sales inquiries to meet unit sales volume targets.
Engage actively with customers to build relationships; maintain high customer satisfaction scores and positive online presence.
Structure deals to finalize sales while achieving dealership profit and finance goals.
Ensure all deal values are accurate and that necessary documentation is complete.
Adhere to company policies and departmental best practices, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Applicants must complete RBM's standard screening process, which includes: submitting a full employment application; satisfactory checks of criminal, credit, and driving records (where applicable); in-person interviews; and other inquiries.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with authorization to work in the USA for any employer.
All candidates must possess a clean driving record and be insurable.
Basic communication and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with basic math skills using American units of measure.
A minimum of 1 year of documented experience as an automotive sales consultant for a luxury brand is required.

Physical Demands:
Regularly position and move to greet clients and explain vehicle features; drive vehicles; identify vehicle issues and safety concerns; exert force to move or manipulate objects (up to 20 lbs occasionally, 10 lbs frequently); operate equipment; and perform repetitive motions.
Work is conducted both indoors and outdoors, in proximity to moving vehicles, and involves driving on public roadways.
