Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Fasteners Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to leverage their expertise in fastener sales while contributing to the growth and success of EPS. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates looking to make a significant impact in the fastener industry.


Fasteners Sales Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the fasteners segment.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of sales efforts and fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients, offering solutions tailored to their specific needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.


Fasteners Sales Specialist Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in fastener sales, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong technical understanding of fasteners and related products, including their applications and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Solid negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
