The Senior Partnerships Manager will be part of a team responsible for leading highly visible, strategic marketing partnerships to drive value for our customers, enterprise, and partners. This person will work closely with the Business Development team and cross-functional teams within T-Mobile to support the growth of new partner relationships and cultivate existing partnerships to deliver maximum value for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, trusting partner relationships and oversee the day-to-day management and execution of strategic partnerships to deliver maximum value for T-Mobile and our customers.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, consumer engagement, social, advertising, media, and sponsorships, legal, and PR to bring strategic partnerships to life.
  • Develop an understanding of external partners' business and marketing goals, critical initiatives, and current issues relevant to their business and industry to resolve business issues and serve as an internal advocate for partners.
  • Develop tools, processes, and reporting to further improve and standardize the operation and effectiveness of ongoing partner relationships and increase knowledge sharing and standard methodologies internally across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of increasing levels of responsibility and demonstrated leadership experience.
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in corporate alliances or strategic partnership management.
  • Diverse experience in wireless, sales, advertising, telecom, and/or media and entertainment desired.
  • Extensive partner development and management experience critical; established organization, time-management, and interpersonal skills; shown verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Business.

Base Pay Range:

$104,000 - $187,700

Corporate Bonus Target:

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
