About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Tech Product team at Amazon is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead product and programs related to TA solutions. This individual will partner closely with internal and external stakeholders, owning products that align with talent acquisition goals. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, be sensitive to stakeholder perspectives, and deliver business results under ambiguous circumstances and tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with business leads and technical teams to define major initiatives for third-party suppliers of recruiting technology.
  2. Develop an annual product roadmap and goals for key relationships to drive strategic initiatives and end-to-end results.
  3. Establish and measure success metrics for suppliers to determine product value to Amazon.
  4. Manage periodic requests for quotes/proposals and benchmark costs, as well as the new and existing purchasing process with legal and procurement systems.
  5. Oversee internal communication for product change management, issues, or defects.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner.
  • Experience owning technology products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
