We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payment Analysis Team Lead to join our team at UHS. As a key member of our revenue cycle operations team, you will be responsible for resolving over and underpayment discrepancies on paid accounts and collection balances on unpaid accounts in the Cerner Millennium system.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Training: Provide initial and ongoing training to staff to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Communication and Collaboration: Meet with Payment Analysis Manager - East regularly to effectively communicate and resolve issues, set and prioritize goals, and improve processes.
- Staff Support and Development: Assist with staff communication, providing updates, resolving issues, setting goals, and maintaining standards.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Assist with assuring overpayments and collections are researched and processed with accuracy.
- Process Improvement: Help resolve issues identified for process improvement as identified by the refund or variance staff.
- Reporting and Monitoring: Review and/or create daily, weekly, and monthly reports as assigned.
- Productivity and Performance: Monitor daily productivity of each Refund/Variance Analyst to assure defined goals and objectives of the department are met.

- Experience: 1-3 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience required.
