Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at True Team Medical. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of mental health professionals and providing clinical supervision and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of mental health professionals and provide clinical supervision and guidance
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and services
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, social work)
- 5+ years of experience in mental health leadership or supervision
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health theories and practices
