Job Summary
The Maintenance, Repair, Operation Clerk will provide administrative support for plant maintenance activities, ensuring a smooth flow of information and efficient execution of maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions and goods receipts
- Enter data into SAP and other site computer systems
- Communicate maintenance data to relevant roles for improvement opportunities
- Manage maintenance procedures and equipment files
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and storeroom management tasks
- Support maintenance team with job planning, kitting, and staging activities
- Provide SAP training and troubleshooting assistance
- Audit SAP work order database and work with maintenance planner/scheduler
- Ensure compliance with PSM standards and manage work order history in SAP
- Help develop weekly planned maintenance schedule and priorities
- Perform site receiving and inspect materials, including movement to storage or point of use
- Package and ship items via FedEx or TQL as needed
- Run site errands and provide computer and printer support
- Maintain supplies inventory and compile data from vendor invoices
- Work with site staff to keep cost tracking sheet updated and accurate
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- Ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suite and learn new computer systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and expand scope of responsibility
- Current and valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain TWIC card and powered industrial truck certification
