Key Responsibilities- Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Patient registration, insurance setup, and demographic verification for each visit.
- Monitor monthly updates of MN Healthcare Programs.
- Identify primary care providers.
- Answer patient questions, including billing, and provide directional needs.
- Schedule and verify patient appointments.
- Collect patient payments and co-pays at each visit.
- Collaborate with clinicians and nursing staff.
- Attend education and training seminars.
- Order and stock department supplies.
- Process internal and external patient referrals.
