Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Supply Specialist to join our team at Olmsted Medical Center.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.

This is a full-time position, working approximately 32 hours per week (0.8 FTE) on day shifts. The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing clean linens
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels, including verifying counts from external laundry facilities and recommending replacement as needed
  • Stocking supplies at par levels in various departmental supply rooms
  • Tagging patient chargeable supplies and ensuring tags match items
  • Routinely checking supplies for outdates and reporting outdated items to the Purchasing department
