SaaS Marketing Leader

We are seeking a seasoned SaaS marketing professional to join our team as the Demand Generation and Integrated Campaigns Lead. This role is ideal for a hands-on, results-driven individual with experience in driving high growth in B2B SaaS environments.

Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement within key target markets.
- Campaign Design & Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns that drive sales pipeline and brand awareness.
- Hands-On Execution: Plan, develop, and personally execute demand generation programs and integrated marketing campaigns, including outbound campaigns, awareness initiatives, content promotions, and sales enablement.
- Account-Based Strategies: Manage and lead the execution of Account-Based tactics across channels and teams to drive measurable outcomes within target accounts.
- Digital & In-person Events: Work closely with product marketing to plan and execute webinars, live events, and other digital experiences that promote awareness and pipeline growth.
- Nurture Programs: Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to develop nurture programs that guide prospects through the sales funnel, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with business development and sales leadership to produce campaign training and enablement materials.
- Data-Driven Insights: Set campaign KPIs, measure and analyze campaign performance, and iterate for improvement.
Requirements
- Tech Industry Experience: 5+ years in demand generation and campaign management with a proven track record of driving high growth in B2B SaaS environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Salesforce CRM, Marketo marketing automation, and 6sense for ABM is essential.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
- Collaborative Leadership: A hands-on, collaborative leader who can guide teams but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Experience in driving revenue through multi-channel strategies.
- Channel Experience: Deep understanding of traditional, digital, and emerging demand generation channels.
- Adaptability & Agility: Ability to quickly learn new technologies, products, and systems, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- Creative & Innovative: A resourceful approach with a 'can-do' attitude to tackle challenges head-on and deliver results.
