Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and unique.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area with guests.
  • Ensure a safe work environment and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Protect company assets and uphold quality standards.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
