Job Overview:

This Administrative Support Assistant role is based at the Sunnyvale Campus, where you will provide essential support and backup coverage for the reception area. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting employees with directions, supplies, breakrooms, and conference rooms throughout the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide backup coverage for the reception area.
  • Support employees with directions, supplies, breakrooms, and conference rooms.
  • Monitor PPE usage and social distancing guidelines for employees returning from shelter in place.
  • Engage with new hires daily during their first week.
  • Prepare swag bags and balloons for new hires.
  • Assist the client services manager with instructions and inspecting supply levels.
  • Help the janitorial team with cleaning common areas.
  • Strategize around crowded locations.
