Marketing & Office Coordinator (Contract)

We are seeking a highly versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. As the primary point of contact for marketing and communications activities, you will also provide general office support to staff and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize marketing events, including logistics, registrations, payments, and vendor management.
- Manage promotional materials, giveaways, and company information databases.
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Maintain NDA and contract databases, submit contracts to internal systems, and support contract management.
- Assist with facility upkeep, beautification, and supply ordering.
- Perform front desk duties, process invoices, and manage daily mail and deliveries.
Requirements:
- AA or equivalent degree with 3 years of related experience.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and adaptability skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal, email, and written communication skills.
