Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and provide technical support for Epic systems
  • Collaborate with users to resolve technical problems and application performance issues
  • Support optimization and enhancement efforts
  • Contribute to analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation of assigned applications
  • Assist with analysis and timely resolution of problems within software applications
  • Provide support for maintenance and upgrades
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems)
  • 4+ years of experience in an information technology discipline, or healthcare operations
  • Proficient or Certified status in one supported Epic module within 6 months of start date
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Working Environment

The position provides support in a 24/7 environment, which includes rotating on-call support duties during off hours, weekends, and holidays. May be required to travel to perform duties. May be required to work outside of normal working hours during on-call rotation or during significant outages or due to project demands.
