Christus Health is seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring and providing fundamental functional and technical support for our Epic systems to a variety of business and clinical users.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and provide technical support for Epic systems
- Collaborate with users to resolve technical problems and application performance issues
- Support optimization and enhancement efforts
- Contribute to analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation of assigned applications
- Assist with analysis and timely resolution of problems within software applications
- Provide support for maintenance and upgrades
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems)
- 4+ years of experience in an information technology discipline, or healthcare operations
- Proficient or Certified status in one supported Epic module within 6 months of start date
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
The position provides support in a 24/7 environment, which includes rotating on-call support duties during off hours, weekends, and holidays. May be required to travel to perform duties. May be required to work outside of normal working hours during on-call rotation or during significant outages or due to project demands.
