This position is a full-time, on-site opportunity as a Sales and Leasing Consultant at Mahwah Honda.

In this role, you will assist clients with their vehicle purchasing and leasing requirements.

Your responsibilities will include delivering outstanding customer service, conducting vehicle presentations, facilitating test drives, negotiating terms, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support and guidance.
  • Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and assist with test drives.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the automotive sector and knowledge of vehicle features and technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proven skills in negotiation and closing sales.
  • Self-driven with a strong desire to meet sales objectives.
  • Proficient in utilizing computer-based tools, including CRM systems.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Experience with Honda vehicles.
