Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team at Honda of Mahwah. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting vehicle demonstrations, facilitating test drives, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their automotive purchasing and leasing needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and facilitate test drives
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and vehicle features
Requirements
  • Prior experience in automotive sales or customer service is a plus
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and an understanding of vehicle features and technology
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Proficiency in using computer-based tools, including CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Honda vehicles
  • Experience with leasing and financing processes
  • Fluency in multiple languages
