Job Summary

The Senior HR Manager will provide strategic leadership and direction to the Human Resources function, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Seven years of experience in a youth-serving non-profit, with proven success in human resources and staff management
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or commensurate work experience
  • PHR or SPHR accreditation preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize actions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
Work Environment

The Senior HR Manager will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a diverse team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to lift 25 lbs, stand for at least 1 hour, and sit at a computer workstation for long periods.

The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $150,000 annually.
