Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Act as a strategic partner to department leaders, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related issues.
  • Facilitate change management processes to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and trust.
  • Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, capturing key concepts and ideas, addressing concerns, promoting HR initiatives, and driving HR project success.
  • Ensure HR projects and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 12+ years of prior broad-based experience in Human Resources.
  • Willingness to learn and help navigate Corporate Practice of Medicine compliance requirements as it relates to HR processes and employees.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • The successful candidate will be able to join new projects quickly and work effectively with a diverse group of others.
  • Ability to multi-task and cover a wide variety of issues and areas.
  • Teamwork is an essential quality, as is the ability to work effectively while under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Corporate Practice of Medicine compliance.
  • Prior experience working in WorkDay and UKG Pro.
Pay and Benefits

Salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 w/ up to 9% bonus eligibility.
