This role requires a strong project management background and a deep understanding of HR practices. The successful candidate will be able to join new projects quickly and work effectively with a diverse group of others.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Act as a strategic partner to department leaders, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related issues.
- Facilitate change management processes to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and trust.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, capturing key concepts and ideas, addressing concerns, promoting HR initiatives, and driving HR project success.
- Ensure HR projects and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 12+ years of prior broad-based experience in Human Resources.
- Willingness to learn and help navigate Corporate Practice of Medicine compliance requirements as it relates to HR processes and employees.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- The successful candidate will be able to join new projects quickly and work effectively with a diverse group of others.
- Ability to multi-task and cover a wide variety of issues and areas.
- Teamwork is an essential quality, as is the ability to work effectively while under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Corporate Practice of Medicine compliance.
- Prior experience working in WorkDay and UKG Pro.
Salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 w/ up to 9% bonus eligibility.
