Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Personnel Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, knowledge of personnel security processes, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of personnel security specialists in conducting background investigations and security clearance processing.
  • Develop and implement effective security clearance processes to ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Collaborate with government agencies to ensure seamless clearance processing and minimize delays.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on security clearance procedures and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in government regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance and optimal performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in personnel security with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of personnel security processes and government regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • DoD Security Certification Training (CDSE) certification.
  • Experience working with government agencies and familiarity with government regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
