Job Title: Personnel Security Customer Support

At Advantage SCI, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personnel Security Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Personnel Security Division, you will play a critical role in supporting the security clearance process for government personnel.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to government personnel, ensuring timely and accurate processing of security clearance requests. You will work closely with our team to assess, validate, and certify the trustworthiness of personnel for clearance access to sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Personnel Security Division Service Desk in understanding the process of assessing, validating, and certifying personnel for clearance access.
  • Provide expert-level customer support to government personnel, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure accurate and timely processing of security clearance requests.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of security clearance regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in personnel security.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in personnel security or a related field.
  • Experience supporting the Personnel Security Customer Service Desk.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with government personnel and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of ICD 704 and EO 12968, as well as SEAD 3, 6, and 7.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
